Cancellation of an order
Confirmation of an order
After receiving your order, we verify the authenticity of the payment method and the shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order or limit the quantity without providing an explanation.
If so, we will attempt to notify you at the email address or other contact details provided and we will reimburse any charges billed.
If I return my purchase, will I get a full refund?
If an item has been damaged in transit or if we have made a mistake (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we will refund the full price of the product and pay the cost of the return.
If you have changed your mind or made a mistake, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. In a similar case, you must pay the return shipping costs.

What should I do if I want to return my purchase?
Before returning one or more items to us:

2. Send us a photograph of the item. If an item was damaged during delivery, you must also send us a photograph of the damaged package (packaging).
3. You will receive return instructions by email.
When will I be reimbursed?
We will issue the refund when we have received and inspected the returned item. We can only credit the credit card used for the purchase. The refund will appear on your next or next credit card statement.
